On 22nd December, we will be performing a planned maintenance upgrade to our database across all products (Funnel, Apps, and Websites). This is a low-risk update aimed at improving overall performance and security.
What will be affected:
Funnel: All embedded and hosted Funnel forms (e.g., enrolment and enquiry forms) and the Funnel admin
Apps: Customer-facing apps and the Eduapp CMS
Websites: Admin CMS area only (the public-facing website will remain fully accessible)
Expected duration: 1–3 hours (no anticipated issues after the upgrade)
During this window, customer-facing forms and the app will display a temporary maintenance message. We appreciate your patience while we complete this important upgrade.
