Scheduled - On 24th December, we will be performing a planned maintenance upgrade to our caching and session services across Funnel and Websites. This low-risk update is designed to improve overall performance and security.

What will be affected:

- Funnel: Any embedded or hosted Funnel forms (e.g., enrolment and enquiry forms) and the Funnel admin may be logged out of their session
- Websites: Users accessing the Websites admin may experience a momentary logout during the maintenance window
- No downtime is expected

Expected duration:
Approximately 1 hour (no issues expected after the upgrade)

Websites: Admin CMS area only (the public-facing website will remain fully accessible)

1–3 hours (no anticipated issues after the upgrade)

During this window, customer-facing forms and the app will display a temporary maintenance message. We appreciate your patience while we complete this important upgrade.
